That is why we build on the Hovr® System. By replacing the 'rod' with a structural Aluminum French Cleat, we eliminated the physics of sagging. The bracket doesn't just hold the shelf; it interlocks with it, creating a unified bond with the wall that gets stronger as weight is applied.

What Is Covered
We guarantee that your shelf will:
• Maintain a 90-degree level profile for the lifetime of the installation.
• Support up to 300 lbs of static load (when installed into studs).
• Never pull away from the wall or develop a gap at the seam when properly installed.
The Terms & Conditions
• Installation: The guarantee is valid only when the shelf is installed according to our instructions, specifically requiring the bracket to be mounted into wood studs or structural blocking. Complete installation includes both the physical (provided set screws) and chemical fastening of the brackets together, by epoxy or another method.
• Load Limit: The guarantee covers static loads up to 300 lbs.
• Scope: This warranty covers the structural integrity of the suspension system. (Natural wood movement, such as seasonal expansion and contraction, is a separate characteristic of solid timber).
How to File a Claim
It is simple. If you notice a slant:
1. Snap a photo of the shelf with a level on top.

3. We will troubleshoot the installation or ship replacement components immediately.
