Installation Tools & Hardware

A floating shelf is only as strong as its install. These are the tools and hardware we recommend for mounting our shelves cleanly and securely.

Our Level for Life™ guarantee (up to 300 lbs at 8" depth on 1.75"+ shelves) applies when the shelf is installed into studs, so finding and using them matters. 1.5" shelves are guaranteed at the HOVR Slim rating of 125 lbs. Rail hardware kits ship in 1–2 weeks.
